We will send you confirmation of your booking, together with a map and further information, nearer the date. Please note that we must receive your accommodation booking by July 31st.
We recommend that everyone thinking of booking should subscribe to BiCon-announce if they can, to stay up to date with relevant news.
How to pay: We cannot currently accept credit or debit card bookings; most BiCon attenders will pay the full cost of attendence with a cheque or postal order made payable to BiCon accompanying their booking. However, we offer a couple of other options.
Postdated cheques: If you cannot afford to pay the full cost of BiCon now, you can spread the cost. Divide the amount to be paid can be evenly between three cheques for equal amounts, one payable immediately and two postdated for a date on or before July 31st. These cheques should be made payable to BiCon. Send all of these cheques now, together with the booking form, and we will cash each cheque shortly after it becomes valid.
Paying by bank transfer: Some people prefer to pay the BiCon costs by bank transfer. The bank details are:
